FACE Seeking Executive Director

FACE is seeking an Executive Director to lead fundraising efforts that support French African Christian Education and the leadership of the Bible Training Center in Benin, West Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage current and prospective donors through in-person visits, phone calls, website content, email, newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.
Promptly follow up with potential donors and referrals, inviting them to become active supporters of FACE.
Lead annual capital campaigns focused on maintaining and enhancing the campus and overall educational experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in sales or marketing.Experience in evangelistic work (such as preaching or missionary service).
Willingness to travel.
Ability to work patiently and flexibly with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a proven track record.
